Sales Operations Analyst, Location Amsterdam the Netherlands

Responsibilities
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales & sales related reports;
- Create and maintain booking vs projection reports and spreadsheets;
- Create and maintain category reports;
- Create ad-hoc sales reports and analysis;
- Analyze all sales reports and give advice to the Group Sales Manager;
- Create, manage & maintain electronic files & folders for the sales department;
- Collate, organize, and review seasonal price lists;
- Create and maintain margin reports;
- Improve sales procedures where needed;
- Communication point between sales and other departments both in Europe and US offices;
- Responsible for developing and providing sales tools;
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Group Sales Manager
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a international sales environment preferably in the action sports or FMCG industry;
- Be a flexible, self-starting and results-oriented individual capable of interfacing with senior executives;
- Be accurate, disciplined and organized;
- An understanding of the action sports we deal with (Skateboarding, snowboarding, Surfing, BMX, Moto-X.)
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- HBO level /Bachelor’s or College degree;
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing plus preferably another major European Language;
- Proven presentation skills;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially excellent in Excel and Powerpoint;
- Experience in working with ERP systems (Axapta) and Business Information tools, preferably Targit.
